Oh honey, hold onto your leashes—Mini Mabel has hit the high seas… well, the harbour at least!

Today, I took my tiny paws on a fabulous frolic through the charming streets of Falmouth, Cornwall—a town so full of character, colour, and coast-loving kindness, I nearly left my pawprint on a real estate contract. 🏡✨

First Stop: Maritime Magic ⚓

With my trusty humans (Mum & Dad, obviously), I scampered around the National Maritime Museum Cornwall—well, the outside anyway. No boats were boarded, but I inspected the perimeter with the seriousness of a salty sea dog. There’s something about the sea breeze here that just fluffs what’s left of my fur in the most flattering way.

Sticker Sass at The Bean Hive 🐝💫

We popped into The Bean Hive, which buzzes with energy and good vibes. Naturally, I charmed the paws off the lovely human behind the counter. They admired my sass and I gifted them one of my exclusive Mini Mabel stickers—because darling, marketing waits for no mutt. They’re now part of the Mini Mabel Mob™.

Planted Cafe Perfection 🌱☕

Next, we ventured to Planted Cafe—a haven of calm and caffeine. My parents ordered oat lattes and shared a divine millionaire shortbread, while I admired the mystical nature dioramas built into the floor. Yes, you read that right—windows into a miniature world, perfect for pawsitive pondering. I nibbled on a treat, sprawled in the shade, and considered a life lived amongst lattes and leafy décor.

Treasures & Trinkets at Kitty Gubbins 🧺🪩

We finished our wander at the fabulous Kitty Gubbins High Street Bazaar, where vintage dreams go to be adopted. While Mum and Dad browsed through everything from vintage fabric to art deco earrings, I did a sniff-inspection to ensure only the best treasures were being considered. I approve of eclectic tastes.

A Town That Celebrates Everyone 🏳

️‍🌈

Falmouth had just celebrated Cornwall Pride on the 26th April, and let me tell you, the rainbow magic still lingered. Shopfronts were dressed in every hue, love was in the air, and every tail (including mine) wagged with joy. The whole town radiated inclusion, warmth, and wag-worthy energy.

Falmouth Feels Like Home 🐾💖

Here’s the thing: my parents were totally smitten. The food, the friendliness, the creative spirit—it sparked dreams of a future lived by the sea. And me? I could absolutely see myself strutting the harbour every morning in a tiny sailor outfit. Falmouth, I think we’re meant to be.

Until next time, stay sassy, stay safe, and follow the wind where it woofs. 🐾

With wind-swept kisses and sticker sass,
Mini Mabel 🐾💋
